Banner iVu Update: Multipoint Inspections

The latest iVu series software includes updates to the iVu Plus TG to allow multiple sensors within a single inspection for a more reliable and complete inspection.

Using five to seven match, area and/or blemish sensors enables simultaneous checking of multiple features within a single inspection. This can provide inspections that are more precise and reliably detect small problems while ignoring noncritical features. 

In addition to an expanded inspection capability to better detect when product defects arise, the latest iVu Plus TG software can accurately locate where the product failures occur. Recurring issues can easily be identified, enabling users to address the cause of failure early and minimize waste.
