Karl and Mark Ermatinger assumed ownership in 2006 and retired in 2025, with Andrew Montieth now serving as General Manager. On June 1, 2023, MCE Automation acquired the stock of Industrial Control Service, Inc., marking an exciting new chapter in our history.
