 10,000 CPR Now Available on Tru-Trac™ Model TR1
The Model TR1 eliminates the need to piece together an encoder and linear measuring wheel system from a grab bag of parts by combining an encoder, measuring wheel and spring loaded torsion arm into a single and compact integrated unit. This unique and innovative solution is simple to mount in almost any orientation, saving design and installation time. With so many great features, it’s hard to imagine that the TR1 could be improved, but we did. To better accommodate those applications which require greater accuracy, the available resolutions have been expanded to 10,000 CPR - that’s a resolution of 0.0006” when using a standard 6” measuring wheel!
 Tru-Trac™ Model TR2 - More Flexible Than Ever
The spring loaded torsion arm and field reversible pivot shaft provided a great deal of mounting flexibility, allowing the Model TR2 to be mounting in nearly any orientation, including upside down, but the rigid stainless steel rack left the surface options a little flat. But all that has changed. The TR2 is now available with flexible rack. The flexible rack is a lower cost alternative to stainless steel racks and can allow mounting to uneven surfaces. In addition to the flexible rack, the TR2 is also now available in resolutions up to 10,000 cycles per revolution.
 Model 25T Enhancements Ensure Compatibility
Providing a wide range of bore sizes (up to 1.125”, the largest available in a 2.5” encoder), resolutions up to 10,000 cycles per revolution and a variety of mounting and electrical connection options all in an innovative new housing that’s sleek and rugged. Already loaded with features and options, the Model 25T just got better. We’ve added a 10-pin bayonet style connector option and a block and pin mounting option, features found on many motor mount encoders. We’ve also created a selection of Model 25T motor kits. Designed around popular motor style encoders and configurations, these kits include all the feedback components you need, bundled together with a 56C protective cover to save you time and ensure compatibility.
 10,000 CPR Now Available on Cube Series Encoders
Designed for compatibility with most programmable controllers, electronic counters, motion controllers, and motor drives, Cube encoders are ideally suited for a wide range of industrial applications. Advanced Opto-ASIC circuitry, a single chip design that eliminates many board level components, increases the reliability of an already dependable and durable encoder. Cube style encoders have typically not enjoyed the higher cycles per revolution (CPR) of other encoders. That has now changed with CPR’s as high as 10,000 now available. Higher resolutions now allow the cube to be used in applications that demand higher resolution and increased accuracy.
 Foot Mounted Brackets Make Encoder Mounting Easy
Mounting industrial Accu-coders™ just go a lot easier with the addition of two new Foot Mounted Brackets from EPC. These brackets were specifically designed for Models 702, 725, 758 and their sister products.
