Dear E & E Engineering, Inc. Trade Creditor:
This letter is to inform you that on May 14, 2009, E & E Engineering, Inc.'s ("E & E") line of credit was canceled by the bank and our loan called in. As a result, E & E was forced into an orderly liquidation by the bank.
All remaining accounts receivable owned by E & E will be collected and paid to the bank in repayment of the loan. Further, all of E & E's remaining inventory and equipment will be liquidated and the proceeds used for repayment to the bank.
It is anticipated that once all proceeds from the collection of accounts receivable and the sale of inventory and equipment are received, there will still be a shortfall and/or very little, if any, funds available for payment to trade creditors.
We appreciate the business and loyalty of our many customers over the past 66 years; and wish to express our sincere apologies for this unfortunate situation and for any difficulties this may have caused.
